AT MaxRoofing

Serving Utah since 2002

Roofs specified for the city they sit in.

AT Max Roofing replaces, installs, and repairs roofs from Utah Valley through Cache Valley, and in the St. George area. Snow on a shaded eave and sun on a Bloomington hip are not the same job. The first step is a free roof inspection: photos, what the roof is doing, and a plain recommendation.

Replacement, new construction, repair, storm documentation, inspections, solar, and the roof types those jobs use. Each page is written for that work, with its own questions and answers.

How a retail roof job moves

Insurance claims follow a different path. How a claim works. Ask about financing options. We do not publish rates, terms, or a lender on this site.

  1. 01

    Inspection

We walk the slopes we can reach safely and write what we see. Photos, test squares when they help, and a condition you can read.

  2. 02

    Estimate

The price follows the inspection. It names the system, the tear-off, the underlayment, and what is an allowance because the deck is still covered.

  3. 03

    Options

When there is a real choice, you get good, better, and best. That is a difference in material or detail, not three versions of the same bid.

  4. 04

    Contract

The scope you sign is the scope we build. Read it before anyone starts. A change after tear-off is written down, not assumed.

  5. 05

    Build

Tear-off, dry-in, and the new roof, in weather the work can actually happen in. We do not promise a next-day start.

  6. 06

    Final walkthrough

We look at the finished roof with you. You leave with the photos and the paperwork for what was installed.

From tear-off to finished roof

One replacement, in the order the work actually happens. These are AT Max job photos from the Wasatch Front.

Service areas

A page for each city along the Wasatch Front and in Washington County. The sample below is a shortcut. The full list is grouped by county.

All cities

Two climates, one company

The site is split this way because the roofs are. A specification that ignores the difference is how ice dams and baked shingles both get explained away.

Wasatch Front

Ice-and-water at eaves and valleys, canyon wind at Weber Canyon and the Point of the Mountain, and a heavier snow conversation once you reach the benches and Cache Valley. Architectural shingles dominate. Tile and cedar show up on older benches and in a few newer plats.

St. George area

Ultraviolet and monsoon on the valley floor, wind in Hurricane, and winter again in Enterprise and New Harmony. Tile and shingle both belong here. An ice-dam detail copied from Logan does not, until the house leaves the desert floor.

Questions we get first

The rest of the company questions, including why this site has no reviews yet, are on the FAQ page.

Where does AT Max Roofing work?

Along the Wasatch Front and in Washington County. That covers Utah Valley, the Salt Lake Valley, Davis County, Weber County, the Brigham City area, Cache Valley, and the St. George area. Each city we serve has its own page. Towns north of Brigham City, such as Tremonton, are not on the list. If a job is just outside a listed city, say so on the estimate form and we will tell you whether we can take it.

How do I request an estimate?

Book a free inspection and name the city. A person still has to look at the roof before anyone can price it. If the form says nothing was sent, call (385) 333-9637. Emergency tarping calls are answered 24/7. Office hours for everything else are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, seven days a week.

Do you charge for an inspection?

The look that goes with a written estimate is free. That visit is about the roof you might hire us to repair or replace. A separate written condition report for a sale, with no intent to hire the work, is a different request — say that on the form so we schedule it honestly.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the city, the season, and whether the job is a repair or a full replacement. We do not advertise a same-day crew or a guaranteed start week. After the estimate, you get a date, not a slogan.

Book a free inspection

Name the city and what the roof is doing. The visit is free when it is tied to work we might do. If a storm has opened the roof, call (385) 333-9637. That line is answered 24/7 for emergency tarping. If this server cannot deliver the form, it will say so and give you that number.

Looking for a specific city?

Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Logan, and St. George each have their own page. Start there if you want the local notes before the inspection.
